What We Do
Simply put, if it involves power, fiber, or copper, Power Optech has done
it. We have the resources, staff, and experience to address nearly any
requirement your company may have in these areas. We can provide services
ranging from simple engineering support or total project management, to
complete EF&I turn-key solutions. We will gladly work with your company's
staff and systems as well as equipment vendors to assist with the design,
engineering and deployment of large projects such as Central Office or
Co-location facilities. We understand that total cooperation is required
for a smooth deployment of any network expansion or facility. We can also
address smaller projects such as building riser expansions, customer premise
work, preventive maintenance and service programs for various network
elements. We have recently expanded our installation services to include
"long haul" digital microwave systems operating in the 2GHz to 18GHz frequency
ranges.
In
a very short time, Power Optech has become a strong and stable competitor
in the fast paced industry of communication technologies. We have proven
ourselves in both Wireline and Wireless industries with projects ranging
from the deployment of a Point to Point radio network throughout an entire
city, including construction, installation and maintenance, to complete
Central Office power plant installations with AC, DC, battery and generator
facilities. We have brought together a management team and technical staff
with the knowledge and experience necessary to handle any project associated
with a communications network. We will continuously strive to complete
these projects on time and when possible, under budget, while meeting
or exceeding all performance objectives. We are committed to providing

Large Scale Contracts:
Staten Island, NY - Power Optech was awarded a contract to maintain all of the street lights in the borough of Staten Island. The 12-month contract was awarded by the NYC Department of Transportation and commenced on 2/1/07.
Manhattan, NY - Power Optech was awarded a contract to maintain all of the street lights in the borough of Manhattan. The 24-month contract was awarded by the NYC Department of Transportation and commenced on 2/1/07.
Brooklyn/Queens, NY - Power Optech was awarded a contract to replace 68,000 luminaires in the boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens . The 18-month contract was awarded by the NYC Department of Transportation and commenced on 5/1/07. This project will benefit the City of NY by conserving energy and saving the city $3 million anually.

When You Need Us:
Power
Optech was able to respond and provide timely and efficient service during
a time of crisis as our Nation's communication systems were damaged on
September 11, 2001.
In Washington DC, when the Pentagon lost landline service, we were contracted
by Cingular Wireless to add cellular capacity to their network in order
to handle the overflow in cell usage. Power Optech was able to respond
to this crisis within two hours.
In New York City, tenants in office buildings that were virtually left
with out communication methods were back in touch in no time, including
the FBI. Power Optech was able to construct the infrastructure in these
buildings in order to provide fixed wireless communications for data and
telephony.

We Are:
Power Optech currently has projects underway throughout the North East
and Mid-Atlantic. We have regional offices serving the entire Mid-Atlantic/North
East. We are currently experiencing a strong and steady growth that will
soon allow us to expand into new areas primarily in the Eastern United
States. With a partnership we have created with TEKMARK, Inc., a premier
technical staffing and solutions company, we can easily place skilled installation and
service technicians almost anywhere while providing experienced and reliable
on site supervision and project management through Power Optech. Due to
our close relationship with TEKMARK, this solution has proven successful
in remote network expansions outside of our existing operational markets.
